Inject-A-Min Manganese - Injectable Tree Nutrient/Fertilizer Capsules
Mauget Inject-a-Min Manganese is a water based micro-nutrient fertilizer containing manganese sulfate. It provides micronutrient availability to trees growing in non-native alkaline soils. Because the nutrients are microinjected directly into the tree’s vascular system, they are not affected by the soil pH.
The benefits of Inject-a-Min Manganese can be evident for one to five years compared to adjacent untreated trees. With a spring treatment, the results of Inject-a-Min Manganese are apparent quickly.
Inject-a-Min Manganese is helpful in correcting manganese deficiencies in many species of trees including palms, maples, citrus and other trees
Key Benefits
- Corrects manganese deficiencies
- Bypasses alkaline soil limitations
- Promotes healthier growth and color
- Long-lasting response
- Minimal exposure risk application method
Available Sizes
Capsules
- 6 mL
- 24 Pack or Case of 288
Capsule Spacing
Install 1 capsule every 4–6 inches around the trunk circumference.
Quick estimate:
Capsules Needed ≈ DBH ÷ 2
Example: A 20-inch DBH tree typically requires approximately 10 capsules.
Note: Capsule dosages, also known as micro-injectors, are calculated by measuring the tree diameter at breast height, or DBH, in inches, then dividing that number by two to determine the total number of capsules.
Targets
Designed to help correct manganese deficiencies in palms, maples, citrus, and other ornamental or landscape tree species growing in alkaline or nutrient-limited soils.
